Q: Are your movers employees or subcontractors?
A: All our movers are direct, full-time employees of GOOD MOVERS—trained, uniformed, background-checked, and fully insured. We never use unvetted subcontractors.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my move?
A: Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your move date with no penalty. Changes within 48 hours may incur a small administrative fee.
Q: How can I contact customer support during my move?
A: Your dedicated coordinator is available via phone or WhatsApp on moving day. For urgent issues, call or message us anytime—we respond within 15 minutes.
Q: Do you provide receipts or invoices for business moves?
A: Yes! We issue official, itemized invoices with VAT details upon request—perfect for corporate accounting and expense reporting.

Q: Is the quoted price final, or will there be extra charges on moving day?
A: The price you receive in your quote is final and binding, as long as your inventory and move details don’t change. We guarantee no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.
Q: Do you charge by the hour or by the move?
A: We offer flat-rate pricing per move (not hourly), so you know your total cost upfront. This eliminates stress and encourages efficiency from our team.
Q: What’s included in your basic moving package?
A: Our standard package includes professional movers, fuel, loading/unloading, basic packing materials (if selected), full insurance, and door-to-door service.
Q: Are there discounts for repeat customers or referrals?
A: Yes! We reward loyalty. Returning clients and referrals receive a 10% discount on their next move—because good service should be shared.
Q: Do you offer payment plans or accept mobile money?
A: We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. While we don’t offer formal payment plans, we require only a small deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on move day.
